Am I allowed to have more than one account?
We allow one account per individual. There may be more than one account per household, however each person registering an account must have a separate computer and a separate ISP to participate in our program.
If you are found to have two accounts originating from the same computer or ISP, BOTH accounts will be immediately deleted, and you will be banned from Heavenly Email.

How can I log into my account?
Log in at http://www.heavenlyemail.com

How can I cancel my account?
Go to your user info page and at the bottom of the page you enter your username and password, then click cancel.

What is the site policy on "vacation" status?
You may put yourself on vacation status to not receive mails during the time you specify. You will not receive any benefits at that time. Vacation status is allowed for up to 30 days. Anything more than that must be approved by the admin of Heavenly Email. If not approved for more than 30 days and your account comes up on inactive list, you will be deleted and forfeit all earnings.

What is the site policy on Inactivity?
As an Active Member You must Login and Click at least Five (5) links and/or banners every Twenty (20) days.

Inactive members will be deleted after 20 days. You will forfeit your earnings and referrals.
If you click on 3 cheat links or more your account will be deleted and money and referrals forfeited.

Yearly & Lifetime Advertisers - MUST also click at least 5 emails or banners (or combination of) within a 60 day period or your account will be deleted.

How can I cancel receiving your newsletters?
Your membership in our program allows Heavenly Email to send you email messages and advertisements. You may not cancel receiving email ads from Heavenly Email without terminating your membership in our program and forfeiting any and all earnings. Log in to your account and click the "User Account Info." Link. At the bottom of the page you will find the option to "Cancel Account".

How can I change my personal information?
Log in to your account and click the "User Account Info." link. You will be able to edit any of your information except your member ID.

I live outside the United States, can I join?
Yes, we welcome most "honest" International members. You must be able to read and understand English to be a part of Heavenly Email. If you are unable to understand what you will be reading, you could lose your account. We give English tests on a regular basis!
NOTE: As of 01/01/2006 we will ONLY be accepting sign-ups from the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Greece, Iceland, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, & and United States. We DO verify each and every sign-up!! Your IP MUST match the country you list and ALL personal & payment information MUST be valid!

I have Web-TV, can I join too?
Yes, though some programs will not allow WEB-TV users to join their program, we welcome WEB-TV users. Our efficient tracking method allows WEB-TV users full earning privileges.

Why I can't I log in?
You may not be able to log in because your account was deleted. Members WILL be deleted if their account is inactive for 30 days; if they have bounced emails for a week or more; if our emails to you become blocked or the account is not longer active; if you are caught having "searches" checked and your country is not approved as a "search" country; if you have "BLIND CLICKER," "I CHEAT", "CANNOT READ ENGLISH" or "SELECT THIS - YOU'RE DELETED" checked under your Categories of Interest; if you have missing, invalid or bogus personal or payment information listed or if you were caught cheating in any other way or abusing our staff. Please read the TOS.


Earnings Questions:

How much do I earn by participating in paid-emails?
Each advertiser pays a different amount per unique visit. These amounts range from 1/4 cent to 1 cent per link, so we cannot give an exact amount for each visit.

When can I request payment?
Once you have sufficient funds in your account a "Request Payment" button will automatically appear on your redemptions page. Click the button and your request will automatically be sent to our accounts payable department.


How can I request payment?
As soon as you reach payout, a "Request Payment" button will automatically appear on your redemption page. Press the button and your request will automatically be sent to our accounts payable department. You will also have the option to redeem your earnings for advertising with us.

NOTE: You CANNOT share the same Payment ID as another member! Every member MUST use their own individual Payment ID. The PayPal, GPT-PAL or AlertPay account you list as your payment option MUST be in YOUR name!! If not, your account will be deleted and you will forfeit all earnings!!

When am I paid?
After your payment request is made and your account is in good-standing (You must be Active!) we will issue payment to you within 30 Days or a reasonable time thereafter.
NOTE:If the email address in Your account Does NOT match the email address you submit when requesting payout, your request will be canceled.


How am I paid?
Payments are made via VERIFIED PayPal (may have a processing fee) and Redemption.

Search Questions:

Only members from certain countries are allowed to participate in search emails. The countries allowed by "most" Search Engines are: United States, Canada, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Greece, Iceland, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and United Kingdom.

NOTE: All persons from countries, other than the ones listed above who select "Searches" as a category of interest or found to be participating in "Searches" will have their account terminated!!


Referral Questions

How can I refer other members?
You may place a link with your referral URL or a banner to Heavenly Email on your website. You may add your referral URL to your email signature. You can give out flyers or advertise in any way you wish except for Spamming.

What can I find my referral link and banners?
Your personal referral link can be found on your personal "Referral Links" page. You will also find pre-made ads along with various banners which you are welcome to use.

What can I earn through referrals?
Members will earn 15% of their direct referral earnings.

Are my referral earnings working?
Yes, it takes many paid emails received by members to have referral earnings show up, even for members that have 100's or 1000's in their downline. Referral earnings are displayed once a referred member has earned their referring member at least 1 full cent. Technically a member with 1000 referrals that have each earned him/her 1/2 cent has earned $5.00 but their earnings will not be shown until an individual member has earned them 1 full cent. Also, remember referral earnings will NOT show up immediately. It will take a full 24 hours for your downline earnings to appear.

NOTE: If you are NOT 25% as active as your referral, you will NOT be credited. If you have NOT clicked on an ad within the past 7 days, you will NOT be credited.

Contact Us and supply as much information as possible so we can solve the problem in a timely manner. If you are a member, please include your username in your email. If the answer to your question is on our website in other areas or on this page, we will not respond to your email. We are trying to provide a quality service to you. Most information about the site is available to the general public on our pages. If we are spending time answering mailings that have already been answered on the site, we are taking away time which could be spent obtaining quality advertisements that you wish to see.
