By signing up and actively using the Heavenly Email program you agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. Heavenly Email may, at any time, choose to edit, add and/or delete portions of this agreement and impose changes without prior notification of its members. Members will be informed of any and all changes to this policy via an email to their primary contact email address provided upon signing up with Heavenly Email. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate this agreement. Your continued participation in the Heavenly Email program following our posting of a change in policy notice or new agreement on our site will constitute binding acceptance to the change. Responsibility of Members: You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in this program. Our program is open to most honest US and English Speaking and Reading International members and is void where prohibited by local governing laws. You agree that you are the legal age in your state and/or country for submitting a contract. You agree that the information that you submit to Heavenly Email is valid. Effective August 1, 2005 Potential Members in the state of Michigan or Utah must first contact the Program owner using the contact form to inquire about joining so that their age maybe confirmed as minors from these two states are not eligible to join even with parents consent. You May Click "Here" to Contact Us You agree to and "MUST" use your own "FULL" name and email address in the sign up process and may not assume a false identity. You may not sign up multiple times with different email addresses. Your computer or ISP must not be shared with another individual that has an existing Heavenly Email account. ANYONE FOUND TO HAVE MORE THAN ONE ACCOUNT ORIGINATING FROM THE SAME COMPUTER and/or ISP WILL HAVE ALL ACCOUNTS DELETED, BE BANNED FROM HEAVENLY EMAIL PERMANENTLY AND FORFEIT ALL UNPAID EARNINGS! You will use your username/password combination to access your account. It is your responsibility to keep this information confidential. You may change your password as often as you like by logging into your account and following the "User Account Info." link. You are solely responsible for any and all use of your Heavenly Email account including authorization by you to any third party individual who may use your account. Should any instances of fraud, system abuse, or any type of activity deemed to be inappropriate or illegal by Heavenly Email be detected it may result in member termination and possible legal action. Any solicitation of advertisers for a confirmation email for purposes of receiving credit in your account will be grounds for immediate termination. We have a Zero tolerance for "cheaters", your accounts will be deleted and earnings forfeited. The value of ads/ptc's range from 1/10 cent to 1 cents. If a error is made in the value of the ad in such a way that it exceeds the normal value - we would appreciate members notifying us on the validity of the value. If a member clicks on the ad and requests a payout their account may be subject to deletion and funds forfeited. You must maintain your e-mail account that you used when signing up with Heavenly Email. You agree to receive email advertising from Heavenly Email limited to no more than (50) per day. In the event your email account on file becomes closed or blocked to messages from Heavenly Email, your account will be terminated immediately. Emails that are returned because your account is full or server error will be noted and after a week of bouncing emails, your account will be terminated. Any member sending us spam, threatening, insulting or gibberish emails will result in automatic termination of account and forfeiture of all unpaid earnings to date of termination. Any member sending auto-responses will also have their account deleted IMMEDIATELY. You "MUST" also reveal your "FULL Physical Mailing Address" when signing up. This is for "YOUR" protection and is used to verify important information should your account come into question. Any accounts with bogus, false, abbreviated or incomplete personal or payment information will be terminated and all unpaid earnings will be forfeited. This Means NO P O BOXES! If for reasons beyond your control, you have to use a P O Box, you MUST email the Admin of Heavenly Email with an explaination, via the Contact Page. You May Also Click "Here" to Contact Us If your IP address and your country does not match, your account will be terminated and all unpaid earnings will be forfeited. We DO verify every account!! You must also have interests and payment information filled out correctly. Should any member select "I Cheat", "Cannot Read English", "Blind Clicker" or "Select This-You're Deleted" they will be terminated immediately and all unpaid earnings will be forfeited. To be an Active Member, you MUST Click at least Five (5) links or banners (or a combination of) every Twenty (20) days this is a requirement of your membership. This means you MUST login to your Heavenly Email Account at least once every 20 Days and click links and/or banners every Twenty (20) days. We suspend and/or remove inactive accounts on a daily basis. Inactive members will be deleted after 20 days. You will forfeit your earnings and referrals. If you click on 3 cheat links or more your account will be deleted and money and referrals forfeited. Yearly & Lifetime Advertisers - MUST also click at least 5 emails or banners (or combination of) within a 20 day period or your account will be deleted. If you decide to join Heavenly Email, You MUST login and Read at least 5 emails or click 5 banners for your account to be considered active. If you do not do this within the first 7 days of joining, your account will be deleted. We want members who are Active and support our Advertisers! Advertising: Advertising not accepted: Any site that list directly or by their sponsors: Sexist, racial, sexual or violence in anyways. No Gambling Sites or Sites that sells any type of Pharmaceutical Products Heavenly Email reserves the right to refuse advertising for certain sites. Please refer to our Advertising Page.

Cheat Links/English Tests: Cheat links and English tests will be sent out! These will be clearly labeled. If you click three (3) cheat links or fail three (3) English test, OR If your account goes into a Negative Balance, your account will be deleted and you will forfeit all earnings. Our Advertisers pay us to send emails that are being read. We expect our members to read these emails carefully. There are NO second chances and accounts will NOT be reinstated. The usage of any email reading (cheat) software is strictly prohibited. A link will occasionally be sent out to detect if you are using cheat software. If you click this link, your account will be deleted and you will forfeit all earnings. Cheating, once again, includes but is not limited to: Use of "Cheat" Software (automatic clicking software, etc)! Creating Multiple Accounts! Joining or Signing up from disallowed countries! Cheating the Members Rewards program(s)! ANY legal and/or illegal means used in an attempt to defraud Heavenly Email and/or our Honest Members of their benefits! Attempting to receive multiple credits for signup tasks! Attempting to Cash out using someone else's account! Any other attempt to defraud or embezzle cash, or rewards from Heavenly Email by ANY means! Searches Only members from certain countries are allowed to participate in search emails. The countries allowed by "most" Search Engines are: United States, Canada, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Greece, Iceland, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and United Kingdom. NOTE: All persons from countries, other than the ones listed above who select "Searches" as a category of interest or found to be participating in "Searches" will have their account terminated!! Relationship of the Parties: You and Heavenly Email are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment relationship between you and Heavenly Email. You understand that you do not have authority to make or accept any offers or make any representations on behalf of Heavenly Email. You may not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that would contradict anything in this section. You are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any taxes for money earned while using the program. Limitation of Liability: Heavenly Email will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or Heavenly Email program, even if Heavenly Email has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Furthermore, Heavenly Email aggregates liability arising under this Agreement will not exceed the amount of the total fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement. The provisions of this Section survive termination or expiration of the Agreement. Payments: Members may earn by receiving paid-emails and visiting the advertiser websites after they have entered their member ID in the area on the website provided by Heavenly Email. Members will be paid via Verified Accounts with Paypal or Redemption when their balance reaches $5.00 or more. After your payment request is made and your account is in good-standing we will issue payment to you within the time stated here. Payments by Paypal will be issued within 30 DAYS after requesting payment or a reasonable time thereafter. NOTE: You may not request payout more than ONCE per Month We Believe that Yearly & Lifetime Advertisers should receive "Special Treatment", therefore, Yearly & Lifetime Advertisers Members will be paid sooner... If you requested payment via a Verified Paypal and it has been MORE than 30 DAYS, please Contact Us. If your Account is UNVERIFIED You MUST email us through "Contact" from the Website!!! NOTE:If the email address in Your account Does NOT match the email address you submit when requesting payout, your request will be canceled. When a redemption for "cash" or "SOME other things" is requested, your account will not automatically be debited at that time. We will not debit your account until the payment or upgrade is actually processed. DO NOT HIT THE REDEMPTION REQUEST BUTTON MORE THAN ONCE! Members who request redemption by clicking the redemption button more than once will lose $1.00 from their account. NOTE: You CANNOT share the same Payment ID as another member! Every member MUST use their own individual Payment ID. The Verified Paypal or BeCash account you list as your payment option MUST be in YOUR name!! If not, your account will be deleted and you will forfeit all earnings!! Spam: You may NOT promote your referral links through unsolicited emailing (i.e. SPAMMING), newsgroup postings, or any other method of mass communication. Failure to comply WILL result in immediate termination of your membership with Heavenly Email and may result in legal prosecution. Heavenly Email strictly enforces anti-Spamming laws. Spamming is a federal crime. Any member caught Spamming will not only have their account terminated immediately and lose any past, present and future earnings, but shall also be held liable for Spamming as we shall cooperate with any authorities and investigations that may arise from the Spamming incident. Heavenly Email may charge up to $5 per spam email sent. Multiple sign ups shall be grounds for immediate termination of all involved accounts. Signing up multiple times from the same computer also constitutes fraud. Heavenly Email will file charges for recovery of any earnings received from multiple sign ups. NOTE: As of 01/01/2006 we will ONLY be accepting sign-ups from the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Greece, Iceland, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, and United States.. We DO verify each and every sign-up!! Your IP MUST match the country you list and ALL personal & payment information MUST be valid! We do NOT accept ANYONE using AOL or ANYONE using a Proxy !!!
